Using fused magnesia as raw material is the technological basis of recombination magnesia brick.Compared with sintered magnesia, electrofused magnesia has higher MgO content, higher volume density, lower porosity and larger crystal size.

In the classification of magnesia bricks, magnesia bricks are divided into three grades according to the MgO content: 90, 95 and 98. The minimum MgO content of corresponding grades is 86%, 91% and 96%, respectively.According to the different production technology, magnesia brick is divided into fired magnesia brick, not burned magnesia brick and combined magnesia brick.
Features:
The fused magnesia brick is formed by high pressure and fired at ultra-high temperature (1800℃).Products with high strength, erosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good slag resistance and other significant characteristics, mainly used in steelmaking converter, electric furnace, glass kiln, non-ferrous smelting.
